As Director of Marketing, Debbie brings a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation as a sales and marketing professional.
Debbie has more than 20 years’ experience including as Director of Marketing for Hyatt Hotels International, and as a member on the Perth Convention and Exhibition Board and Western Australian Tourism Board. An entrepreneur, she has also owned and managed a commercial fishing fleet, trademarked and built a franchise brand of seafood retail stores, and undertaken property development, and events management.
Renowned for finding creative solutions to achieve successful business outcomes, Debbie is a strategic thinker, with great planning skills. Now, Debbie is bringing together her extensive business experience, entrepreneurial drive and her passion for understanding people-patterns as Co-founder of AusID Global, a company changing the face of the international student experience when visiting Australia.
Michael is also in great demand as a key-note speaker and has worked with the School Principals Association, Rotary and Lions clubs, Business Networks and Leadership Teams. He has also been a guest on ABC radio and appeared on local community radio, as well as featuring in some national and local magazines. He is the author of five books on the subject of personality, and the creator of AusID Global, a uniquely Australian approach to personality profiling that is changing the face of education in Australia.

Janine sits on several tourism boards, is the President of Study Cairns and is regularly invited to speak on Edutourism at various forums nationally. Her desire is to improve the quality of services made available to International students and increase their future opportunities. “Since starting, we have constantly had to recreate, rethink how we can do better. Merging with AusIDentities to co-found AusID Global is the perfect fit for the organisation’s ethos and the team are excited to be building another new opportunity for our International student market.
